Participatory Action and Community Empowerment (PACE) is a centre under the Resilience Development Initiative (RDI) that focuses on strengthening community voices through participatory research. We believe that effective policies are derived from an inclusive process, from listening, understanding, to amplifying the aspirations of those who are often marginalised, particularly vulnerable groups.
PACE serves as a bridge between communities and policymakers, adopting an approach that places communities as the main actors of change. Through collaborative and pro-people research, we strive to foster programmes and policies that are contextual, relevant, and have a tangible impact on people’s lives.
For us, participation is not merely a method, but a commitment to build a fair and transformative space for dialogue.

Building inclusive society where every voice, especially those from vulnerable groups, is heard, valued, and serves as the foundation for policymaking and development.
